Shipping policy
Because our products are perishable, we take special care in how they are handled and delivered.
1. Shipping
- Orders are prepared and shipped or delivered within the selected timeframe
- Delivery is available within 15 miles of Chevy Chase DC
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order
2. Perishable Goods
Cloudettes are perishable and time-sensitive. Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

We will review each request carefully and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Cloudette is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Enjoying Your Cloudettes
Cloudettes are baked in small batches and are best enjoyed the day of purchase.
Storage
- Keep refrigerated upon receipt
- Best enjoyed within 24 hours (up to 48 hours maximum)
- Allow 5–10 minutes at room temperature before serving for optimal texture
Important Notes
- Do not freeze
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight
- Texture and flavor are at their peak when fresh
